Project Overview

This project involved the full demolition and remodel of an existing historic building in downtown Phoenix to create a new daycare facility for Maricopa County employees. The scope included comprehensive electrical site work, APS utility coordination, and complete interior electrical buildout. Special consideration was given to safety, code compliance, and integration within the historic structure while delivering a modern, functional space designed to serve families and staff.
